This is the report of a study to identify county-specific investment targets for agricultural and rural extension and advisory services (EAS) carried out by government agencies, civil society and private enterprises. The paper reveals significant differences in average investment requirements in different regions and shows the additional EAS costs related to climate change and other areas that currently lack investment.
