In recognition of the International Year of Women Farmers, the Asia-Pacific Association of Agricultural Research Institutions (APAARI), Association of Agricultural Research Institutions in the Near East and North Africa (ARINEENA), Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa – FARA, Central Asia and the Caucasus Association of Agricultural Research Institutions (CACAARI), and Arab Forum for Rural Advisory Services (AFRAS) are coming together to host a special Webinar Series in 2026.
This initiative will:
Celebrate the achievements, leadership, and innovations of women farmers and women professionals shaping sustainable agriculture
Strengthen women’s roles in research, extension, climate resilience, value chains, and emerging technologies
Foster cross-regional collaboration and knowledge exchange between APAARI and ARINEENA member institutions
