Although many organizations recruit agricultural extension professionals, newly recruited personnel often enter the workforce with limited practical exposure to extension management, participatory approaches, communication, and field-level problem-solving.
To address this gap, the MANAGE Induction Training Programme for Agricultural Extension Professionals has been designed to strengthen the competencies of early-career professionals through practical learning, contemporary extension approaches, digital skills, leadership development, and collaborative learning experiences for effective engagement with farmers and rural communities.
